What payment methods do you accept? +
Major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and business checks. Recurring maintenance plans can be set to auto-pay.
Is online payment secure? +
Yes. Payments are processed through a PCI-compliant, encrypted payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
When is payment due? +
Most projects are billed 50% to start and 50% at launch. Maintenance plans are billed monthly. Terms are always confirmed in writing first.
Can I get a receipt or W-9? +
Absolutely. Receipts are automatic, and we're happy to provide a W-9 or any documentation your bookkeeping needs.
